    The 131 side has a well-maintained double wide trailer that boasts a split floor plan and is nicely nestled on approximately 8.09 acres. The roof is approximately eight to nine years old. It has its own septic tank, its own industrial water well which is within an enclosure, and a foam insulation system under the home that is less than three years old. The hot water tank, stove, dishwasher, and both the outdoor and indoor A/C/heating units are approximately six to 7 years old. The refrigerator and hood over the stove are both less than a year old.
