The kitchen has space for a table, as well as a large pantry. One of the bedrooms features a large sunroom attached to the bedroom. Apartment features all new windows (any moisture on windows in the pictures is because the carpets were cleaned the day photos were taken). The entire property, including indoor and outdoor spaces, courtyard, and parking lot, is strictly non-smoking. Laundry is coin-op and is located across the courtyard. Two parking spaces are included in the parking lot, and the landlord provides snow removal for the parking lot and walkways. Secure, indoor bicycle parking is provided as well. Cats/dogs accepted - pet rent is $75/pet/month. Security deposit is 1 month's rent without pets, or 1.5 months' rent with pets. Dogs must be introduced to landlord prior to move-in for approval, and tenant must provide documentation showing that pets have been kept up to date on vaccines on an ongoing basis, as well as licensing when required. There are no breed restrictions for dogs, but they must be well-trained and QUIET. Landlord pays for water, trash, heat, and electricity. Tenant pays for internet/TV service if desired.
