We purchased our home in 2015 and have spent the last few years updating and improving. Improvements include relocated and completely remodeled kitchen, new hardwood floors throughout, new entertaining deck, new paint inside and out, foam crawlspace insulation and new fiberglass insulation in the attic, new partial roof and remodel to all baths and the addition of a nearly complete (but fully functional) mudroom/ laundry bath. Additionally we've added a Tybee (Pronounced "Tabby") stone circular drive with access to three parking spaces in the back.
