Our home backs up to a beautiful open space park and walking trail. The park is complete with a childrens slide and swings. The home is just a few blocks from Kohl Elementary School, Broomfield Middle School and Broomfield High School. The grocery store, gas station and two banks are two blocks away in a shopping center containing a few restaurants, stores and a UPS location. The neighborhood is quiet with people walking their dogs in the park and children playing in the park or passing by as they go to school. The Property: Our yard contains four flower gardens with many perennial flowers and ornamental grasses including eleven rose bushes, four butterfly bushes, pink and purple tall phlox, yellow and orange daylillies, asiatic lillies, pink, yellow and purple iris to name a few. Three of the gardens are raised beds. One of the gardens surrounds the patio. and two can be seen from the kitchen table. There are three trees on the property. The front yard has a beautiful Purple Robe Locust that blooms gorgeous pinkish purple flowers in June. The back yard has a Honey Locust and an Autumn Blaze Maple tree. The Autumn Blaze turns a pretty Red in the fall. Inside Features: The master bedroom has its own wing of the house with a very large bathroom and walk in closet. The other two upstairs bedrooms are in a separate wing. Those two bedrooms share one full bathroom. The basement is completely open and finished with a full bathroom and walk in closet. Plenty of room for a ping pong table, game room or dancing. There is plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen but we also have a pantry for more storage. The kitchen, living room and dining room are very open to each other. The entire house has a spacious feel to it with lots of windows to enjoy the surrounding gardens and park.
