The Doorman is requesting that you bring your real estate license and your business card when coming to show the building, he will not allow access otherwise! Also, MySpace nyc handles lease renewals and transfers for Mgmt company. If you get an inquiry from a current tenant, PLEASE do not tell them you can't help them. Simply give them Rose's contact information and let them know she will be helping them transfer and work with mgmt.
*MGMT will require applicants get movers insurance OR if they plan on doing a self move they will need to provide a $500 deposit that will be immediately returned after they move in if no damage has been done.
PETS: $500 non refundable dog deposit $250 non refundable cat deposit
PARKING:$200 parking per month, If your client would like a parking spot, please confirm availability before taking a deposit.
STORAGE: $50 for large big, $25 for small bin per month
Bike storage: $10 per month
Washer & Dryer In Unit: $100 per month
The prorate rent (if your clients move in before the 1st) is ALWAYS due at lease signing. There is no exceptions to this. Please communicate this to your clients if they request a mid month or earlier move in date than the 1st. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to contact myself or your manager.
for all units that can be converted to 3BR or for wall removal- please note this is something that takes time to coordinate. Do not promise your clients they can have immediate move and wall built. Allow for 5-7 days for wall to be built.
