We are seeking extended family for this micro-community and urban retreat. Please provide verification of income at a minimum of 2 1/2 times the monthly rent, good references and a desire to make our cottage their peaceful home. We're a quiet, LGBTQI friendly, politically active, older couple who, while friendly, pretty much keep to ourselves. Our organic garden is filled with pollinators, edibles, and natives which we will happily share during harvest time. Especially the apples so sweet, so many, so good.
application/screening fee $48. One year lease with first month's rent and security deposit of $1250. Additional pet security deposit of $500 per month for one approved, small, in home pet plus $25 per month. Parking is on street-always plenty available in this quiet area. No smoking inside the cottage.
