It comes with a combo washer/dryer, which is located in the closet. The unit is located in Clarksville at Enfield and Lorrain St. just a couple minutes from downtown. You'll have access to parking right in front of the unit, and it's really easy to get in and out of. The unit is also in the corner of the building and above a business so you're largely to yourself aside from 1 neighbor. It is pet-friendly with approval and $30 additional pet rent per month. Additionally, I am willing to sell the living room and kitchen furniture to make this more of a turnkey move-in. My couch is really comfortable (it's from Austin Couch Potatoes), and the rest of the stuff fits the space really well and makes it pop. We can discuss this further if you're interested.
