There is a door that leads to the back of the unit, where you will be provided with a private concrete patio area that overlooks the nearly 3-acre property. This unit is located across from Clear Lake, close to parks, paths, restaurants, and all that Waseca has to offer. This unit is available for rent by the night, week, month or longer. Furnishing may be removed for you to bring your own contents if desired. All utilities, lawn care, snow removal and high speed internet included. Rent amount is negotiable depending on length of stay. Owners pays all utilities, provides lawn care and snow removal. Internet is provided. Onsite laundry room.
