There is also washer and dryer in the basement available to use. Looking for a working, responsible individual who is clean, and dog-friendly. Utilities (electricity and internet) is split monthly among two. Electricity is usually $60-80 per person and Wi-Fi is $40 per person. *The renter needs to have a stable job, provide one month deposit and first month's rent, totaling $2,000 to move in. The deposit will be returned when the room is vacated* The preference is for a long-term roommate, preferably at least a year.
