Our family has expanded and we need more room! It has two shops that have electricity and whatever we don't take, you can have! The acreage is beautiful with plenty of deer that eat right in the backyard! The huge oak tree in the front yard provides plenty of shade and there are plenty of trees in the backyard that keep it shaded. There are two huge garden spots on each side of the property and if you didn't want gardens, you could increase your yard size by bush hogging them and leveling them out. The neighbors are friendly.
