[ ] If tenant decides to break lease before the end of the term. They will forfeit their security deposit and last month's rent. They must provide 30 day notice of when they will vacate the home.
[ ] Lease renewal: if current tenants wants to renew lease a 60 notice will be provided to tenants. So that a new contract/ lease can be signed.
[ ] Any maintenance issues needed the tenants can contact the owner at anytime within reason.
