Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable beds, private balconies, and en suite bathrooms stocked with all your toiletry needs. After a long day, take a soak in the jacuzzi tub located in the primary retreat. The garage has been converted into an amazing cinema room to enjoy with friends and family. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Feel free to log into your accounts. If you forget to sign out upon checkout, don't worry, we'll do it for you. House-trained pets are allowed for a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged. The 5th and 6th bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively, to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. Parking is on the street. Located in a quiet, central Houston neighborhood, this area offers easy access to local dining, shopping, and entertainment. It's perfect for those seeking a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to the city's vibrant areas, like the Heights. The neighborhood combines the best of suburban comfort with urban convenience, making it ideal for both short-term stays and extended visits. This home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants. You will be able to do your grocery shopping at the local H-E-B just 1 mile away. Nearby attractions include The Heights Theater, Memorial Park Municipal Golf Course, Memorial Park, Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens, Houston Arboretum and Nature Center, Buffalo Bayou Park, Eleanor Tinsley Park, Downtown Aquarium, Minute Maid Park, Discovery Green, Toyota Center and Greenway Plaza. Nearby essentials include Walmart, Pizza Hut, Domino's Pizza and CVS Pharmacy. Only registered guests are permitted during your rental period. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and a violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. For security, there are two cameras installed: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the house. This home features a garden area, and even though pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. The fireplace in the master bedroom is not active at the moment. The pool lights are out of service.
