If you are interested in the entire house rental is available for $2500 a month with a security deposit of $1500. Location: cul da sac Amenities: Pool and shopping area 2 miles away. Additional deposit for pets-$500 Rent is due on the first of every month and late fees apply after the 5th of the month. All utilities are included when renting a room. Utilities are additional when renting the entire home. Lease agreements that are available are 3, 6, 9, 12 months. Must be a 60 day move out notice for the return of your security deposit. Maintenance is the owners full responsibility. Pets are allowed If any damages that are caused by pets exceeds the deposit amount the renter is responsible for the difference. No additional guest that is not on the lease can reside in the home. The house is fully furnished, only brand new mattresses are allowed. If you have your own furniture we can discuss those arrangements. Big crowds and loud parties are not permitted. Noise audience is starts at 10 pm. No parking on grass for renter or guest.
