A nature lover's dream home. This is a mobile home on a 6 acre lot. A pond is next to the home, in the center of the property, with a screened in porch at the back leading out to the pond. Most of the home has laminate wood floors throughout. 4G booster installed for tenants to have good cellphone reception. We're in the process of moving so the photos may look cluttered at the moment. We plan on leaving the dining room table and chairs, leather loveseat and matching leather chair, a queen size bedframe, computer desk, hand crafted asian coffee table, and a wood carved buffet in the home, to be used by the tenants if they like. We are bringing our clothes washer and dryer with us. We will be leaving the refrigerator and stove. Water and electric to be paid by tenant. Water is usually around 40$ and electric is around 160 on average but can be 200 in the summer depending on a/c usage. Absolutely no smoking inside the home.
