this parklike setting in rural Festus has so much to be desired so many outbuildings. one has enough space to park 2 motor coaches under cover with dump station etc. game room with '5 bath. pump house , wood shop, very large shed with large lean two there is just to much to mention and you get the full picture. Hand crafted missouri cedar deck, Mo Cedar ceiling in Game building. Wood Shop building has garage doors at both ends to move items in and out. home has custom made wood flooring.
