Our fully equipped recreation center includes an indoor pool, spa, sauna and party room with large screen TV, kitchen and pool table. We also have an exercise room with a universal gym, elliptical trainer and stair climber. Our office is onsite. Month to Month Rental Agreement; $1000 Deposit/$250 Admin Fee. Rental rates are based on long term stays. Should the resident vacate the rental unit before 12 full months, a Non-Refundable Administrative Fee of $750 will be assessed.
