Fort Collins Single family home just off Shields and Elizabeth, great access to CSU. Five bedroom/ 2 bath, currently three people in the house and two empty bedrooms in this single story home. Air conditioning and gas water heater and furnace. We've been remodeling the kitchen and have new cherry cabinets, new granite countertops, and all new kitchen appliances (stainless steel range, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave). Also new floor tile and backsplash. We aren't quite done with the remodeling, so for probably the next week or so, we'll not have the undermount sink and touch faucet working, but it's coming. Also we're not done with the grout on the kitchen floor, so the appliances are not set up yet. This should be fixed soon. There is a decent sized fenced yard opening up to horse pasture in the back yard with a couple of lounge chairs there. Inside we have an oversized countertop which extends to a bar area. The dining room has a nice table and chair set. The living room has a leather couch, a loveseat recliner and a tv in it. No smoking or vaping. Move-in date is negotiable from now through August 31st. We would like a lease through next July 31st. No smoking / vaping / drug use. Lease through July 31st.
