    What the owner loves about this home
    The beautifully landscaped yard is clearly the standout for the house, including the privacy provided by adjoining properties. The yard was routinely designated as “yard of the month” when Macon awarded such a designation. In addition, the local academy often chose the beautiful setting to photograph pictures for the yearbook. In addition, the interior of the house feels very open with many areas having vaulted ceilings and large windows looking out onto the beautifully landscaped yard. The interior of the house provides energy efficiency of a modern home, as well as sound insulation due to the triple pain windows. The style of the house feels modern as a result of the renovation in the early 80s. The mid-century style is timeless.
