Looks better than my house. It has nice open space features, great tile floors in all rooms except the room in the front with the great window, that room has a wood floor. The big bedroom with its own private bathroom is at the back of the house separate from the other bedrooms in the front of the house. This big bedrooms bathroom has a walk in shower and a large jacuzzi bathtub. There is a big closet off of the big bedroom, plus an even larger closet off of the big bathroom. The big bathroom had a double sink vanity, that allows couples to gaze into each other's eyes while flossing and brushing. The kitchen is open to the living room, dining room combo. I say combo because they are part of the same big space , but have separate lighting. ie, chandelier for the dinning area and a ceiling fan with light for the living area. Back to the kitchen, the sink looks out into the living area with a large space on either side for plenty of work space. The stove is off to side with it's own work space and the dishwasher is to the right of the sink. Then on top of that is a extremely useful counter top / desk space with its own cabinet so as to have a real kitchen business area. Next to that is a nice well lite pantry with shelves on bothe sides. The utility room door is at the back of the kitchen with a large walk in space for washer and dryer and plenty of space for a clothes rack or other uses. Now back to the living room, which has a fire place with natural gas log lighting feature and a nice mantle over it, just waiting for your featured display piece or trophy. On.thr topic of display space , the hall to the big bedroom has an alcove for a vase or trophy, plus the room in the front with the wood floors has two large areas for showing off some ceramics or glass show pieces. All of this comes with a large two car garage with electric opener. The backyard has a covered concrete patio, three raised garden beds and a thing that lacks description, that might be used as a chicken coop or a shed. That will be up to you. Renter pays the City utility bill as well as the gas and electric. Pets are allowed with an additional security deposit. Also the renters is responsible for maintaining the yard. That includes watering and mowing to keep the grass alive. That also means shoveling dog poop.
