    The house is wonderful ... Perryville Real Estate Agents, not so much. Our agency only produced two (bogus) offers in 90 days and no other agency in town showed the property ~ except for the land guys in the last week of the contract. SO, I am back now doing a for-sale-by-owner and looking for buyers outside the Perryville bubble to escape whatever price-fixing is so embedded in this community. We are not going to sell below the lowest market value because, you know, "Perryville norms." This is not a low-end property, a "flipper," or a distressed sale.
