Sliding glass doors lead from the kitchen out to the backyard. With 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, we can easily accommodate a larger group. All of the bedrooms are spacious and designed for maximum comfort and include lavish linens to ensure you get a good night's rest. The bathrooms are all clean and modern with high-end finishes. The master bedroom on the main floor includes sliding doors leading out to the pool and the beautiful and unique master bath features a HUGE shower with relaxing rainfall showerheads. The second floor includes a large loft cinema room boasted with a queen-size sofa and two twin pullout chairs that can comfortably sleep 4 more guests with yet another fireplace and more vaulted ceilings. In terms of sleeping arrangement, the layout of our room is as follows: Master Bedroom: King Bed + Ensuite bathroom| Bedroom 2: Two Queen Beds | Bedroom 3: Two Bunk beds | Bedroom 4: Queen bed| Cinema room: queen-size sofa and two twin pullout chairs We wouldn't be surprised if you have a hard time leaving here. Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. * Owner pays for all utilities (up to $200 for electricity, $100 for water and gas) including internet. * Parking available at the garage, driveway, or street. * Listed monthly rate is applicable for a minimum of 6 months term. Rate may change for any lease term under 6 months. * Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. * No parties or events allowed. * Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied. * Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
