Brick home built in the 60s two bedrooms double car garage, which could be taken in to provide two more bedrooms. There’s a large great room which looks out over the lake and sitting room at one and a dining area at the other. The kitchen is what I would call a galley kitchen, it’s really for one person but my wife and I seem to get in there fine. There’s a small guestroom and a very large master bedroom two baths one has a tub and shower combination. The other in the green bathroom is a shower only. There is a laundry room With the water heater in it I have the sizes on every room if you need them. There is a small area for a dog with a 6 foot high chain-link fence. In one of the pictures you can see the ducks over on our Sandy Beach, which is to the left of our house as you look out over the water. Our pier was renovated this year. The waterfront footage of this lot is huge. It goes to within about 10 feet of our neighbors dock, which is where the Sandy Beach is. We generally swim on the right of our pier as there’s also a small beach there.
