This would be a great rental for a family having your house worked on, or for visiting your student for a few months, or you want to enjoy the winter Bozeman offers. $3,000 all-inclusive rent - utilities, water, sewer, garbage, wifi. Please keep heat costs low when not at home. Two-month minimum rent, $750 - refundable deposit, $250 - non-refundable cleaning fee. If needed, there is a carpet cleaner for carpet messes. No smoking indoors. Garage parking available. Sidewalk shoveling required within 24 hours of snowfall. Please pick up dog poop in the backyard before you vacate the property. Garbage service is Wednesday - garbage can to the curb Wednesday morning. Owner will leave keys and garbage door opener on the counter. Owner personal belongings that cannot be used will be kept in the extra bedroom. All other belongs are available for use, please use discretion and those things damaged or removed from the premises will need to be replaced (list of items will be left at the house). Please treat our house respectfully. If you leave for an overnight, please have someone check on the house, leave a light on, and lock the front door. No more than 8 guests at a time. Do not engage in illegal activities in the house or property. Do not make structural changes in the house including adding items to walls without owner's permission. Please text owners if you need to use items in the garage or if damage to property occurs. Do not remove covering from downstairs couch. Please replace furniture to original location. Bring mail in daily and place in box provided. Recycling receptacles are in the garage and can be used. Please bring the full recycling to recycling spots in town. Extra light bulbs are above the washing and drying machine. Pets must be approved by owner. (One dog approved for this agreement). Owner will not be allowed on property while tenants occupy the property without 24-hour notice. (Owner will in WA for the duration of this agreement). Please follow all local laws in regards to noise and disturbance.
