The house is a beautiful historic house with lots of charm. it has a beautiful front porch, big yard. Stained glass windows and beautiful woodwork throughout the house. Rent for the bedroom is $650 month utilities are included. The bedroom has a door to go on the flat roof which is the only access to the flat roof which is a cool spot to be able to sit outside and enjoy the weather and maybe have a few patio furniture out there. The room is not furnished. We also have a second bedroom that could also be rented. Which if someone wants to rent both it would be 1,050 a month for both.
