APPLICATIONS:
-MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants must meet the same requirements which include a minimum credit score of 620, three times the monthly rental amount in income, and no landlord/tenant disputes, court action, or filings resulting in eviction within seven years.
-We do not accept applications from Zillow, or any other third party. All applications have to be submitted through us.
-The first person to pay the security deposit and fees will be able to move forward with a lease. You must be approved to pay the deposit and fees.
