Application Process:
Applications are reviewed and processed in the order they are received. All roommates must submit applications before the group will be considered. Once an application is approved, the applicant(s) will have 24 hours to pay the full security deposit. Applicants must be approved before paying the deposit and fees. The first qualified individual or group to pay the required deposit and fees will secure the opportunity to proceed with the lease. Upon receipt, the lease must be completed and returned within 48 hours.
Each student applicant must complete an individual application with their personal information. In addition, each student applicant is required to have a guarantor, who must also complete a separate application for consideration.
