This bedroom has its own bathroom with a tub for young kids. You can also walk through the HALL BATHROOM to access this room. BEDROOM 4: Offers a king bed with a large window and a private working space. Bedroom #4 has a connecting Jack-and-Jill bathroom with bedroom 5. It also offers a walk in closet. We have an assortment of hammocks, flat round swing and hanging silk swings (kids love these) to play and watch the 60" TV on. There is a basketball hoop with 2 hoops and a fire pole. Please don't let the kids climb all the way up as that is a private closet. FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: The home features stainless steel appliances, high-end finishes, and ample seating options. There is a large dining table for 8, with extra chairs available. High chair is located in the hall closet. Fuse ball table with lots of space for fun! LAUNDRY ROOMS: Large-capacity LG front-load washer and dryer. OUTDOOR AREA: Private, built-in HOT TUB with two water jet stream systems and customizable lighting. Comfy Seating for 8. WALKING DISTANCE AMENITIES: Wasatch State Park is a very short walk from the home. In the summer enjoy golfing, RazR rentals, fishing at the pond (rent fishing poles there), dollar ice cream, 50 cent duck food to feed all the cute ducks, hundreds of miles of hiking and mountain biking including the famous W.O.W. trail. In the winter enjoy cross country skiing on the golf course, hiking, and snowmobiling rentals. The Blue Boar Inn is also a short walk from the home and has a delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. Be sure to get a reservation beforehand or they won't let you dine there. Overall, this brand-new vacation rental home (built in 2021) offers a luxurious rental for your family. GUEST ACCESS There is a landscaped path that leads down to this rental. There is no handrail. All utilities included in the cost of rent. Absolutely no smoking. I would be open to a pet depending on the situation. There are 2 parking spots available near the landscaped path. Additional parking available as well. You will sometimes hear renters above you. You will be responsible for snow removal. Lease is a 6-12 month agreement. We are flexible. There will be a $950 cleaning deposit that is non-refundable. You will be responsible for any damage done to house and/or property. Grass will be taken care of by a landscape company weekly.
