Pets are allowed with additional pet fee ($200 per pet refundable deposit). 6. We use RentPrep which charges a $50 application fee which is non refundable and used to perform the background check. 7. A full month's rent plus one month deposit & utilities ($1790) is required for move in. 8. A fixed amount is charged for utilities typically around $120 depending on how many people will be living in the unit.
