There's a free-standing gas fireplace in the recreation room right now that I can have hooked up or removed based on your preference at no additional charge. Washer and dryer provided for your use. Plenty of closet space, and there's some additional shared storage space (about 300 sqft on top of the 1501 sqft that this listing is for) branching off the recreation room that you're welcome to use. That ~300 sqft area is not air conditioned, but I do leave a dehumidifier running out there. The best part of the property in my opinion is that it backs up to some beautiful woods. I searched for a home for a long time and never found anything with surrounding woods like this in Tega Cay. You'll have privacy and an opportunity to enjoy nature. Damages exceeding the amount of your deposit will be invoiced to you within 30 days of your move out date and will require payment no later than 90 days after the date of invoice. After that, your debt may be sold to a collections agency or another investor.
