Great location in Reston walking distance to the Reston Town Center and minutes to the metro station. The apartment complex has great amenities with a pond, walking path, pool, dog park, and playground. That apartment is not one of the newly renovated units, but has great in-unit amenities such as washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, patio, and air conditioning and heating. Move in will be available November 21. Our lease expires on 2/5, and you will have the option to renew it at that time. Base rent is $1410 not including utilities (units are running at about $1600 currently so this is a great option to save on rent ) and deposits. Apartment will be thoroughly cleaned prior to handing it over to you. Additional expenses: Trash ($9.25), Water (varies ~$35). Electric bill paid directly to utility provider.
