Hello all! I recently got relocated to a different state for work and I need somebody to take over my lease ASAP. I am willing to work with you if you are unable to move in until May. The house currently has three guys living here. The room available is on the floor with the kitchen and living room, the other roommates live on the third floor. The house has a Guestroom, garage, and a great roof deck. Rent is 1228, but it has gone down to 1028 for April and May. The lease goes through March 2021. Text me for questions or if you would like to tour the house in person.. Unfurnished bedroom-- the rest of house is furnished. Rent includes a house cleaner 1x a month. Utilities are roughly 75/month.
