If you do not have a pet you could have the $35 deducted through the leasing office. *A $500 deposit is requested by the current renters. The security deposit you would get back when you move out would be $1000. Because this is a delegation, we originally paid a $1000 security deposit. We are asking to split that with the party that ends up renting this apartment.
