If I had to pick a style it would be a ditch colonial. Pictures are on the web site lbi-beachhaven.com. It is a good entry house in a very desirable neighborhood. It is far from perfect and is priced accordingly, it is lowest priced oceanside home south of Ship Bottom. Neighborhood Description It is close to the yacht club which offers boating, sailing and tennis. It is also close to the public ball field and tennis courts. The bird sanctuary in Holgate is @2 miles south which is the end of LBI. As I've said before, it is quiet, relaxing, diverse architecture. My house is 12 houses from the beach and 8 houses from the bay.
