Non-smokers only please. Pets are welcome! LAUNDRY: In-unit stacked washer and dryer PARKING: Assigned Off street parking in front or back of the unit/house HEATING and AIR CONDITION: Ductless Mini-split, does both heat and Air conditioning INCLUDED FUNISHINGS: Queen-Size Beds, desks, reclining chair (not in picture, on-order) kitchen chairs, all appliances; a dozen hangers for each closet, four foldable storage boxes for each room closet, cook wares, kitchen knives, utensils, plates, mugs, drinking glasses, coffee maker. NOT INCLUDED: Beddings/Pillows, clothes and other personal effects, computer(s), radio and other electronics, toiletries and supplies. UTILITIES: Each tenant/occupant to pay 12% of electricity, water, sewer, garbage & compost/yard waste (estimated to be $54/month based on a 12-month average) of the entire building's utility costs. WIFI is included at no cost. MOVE-IN COSTS: Security deposit is $2,000 (refundable) Last month paid in advance; First month: Prorated depending on move-in date. Renter's Insurance: Required (usually about $19.99/month). PET POLICY: $250 per pet security deposit. Cats and dogs only. No aggressive dog breeds please. Pet rent is $35/month per pet. LEASE TERMS & REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 months lease but open to longer lease terms. $55/adult application fee (non-refundable) Credit: 'No credit history' is acceptable; otherwise 640 or higher is required. Background check for evictions, judgments, sex offender and terrorist reports. Income: 3x the monthly rent Job and income verification. Co-signers are accepted for those without income or credit-challenged.
