2 cars max, guest parking with permit only HOA does not allow dogs. no cats. HOA pays water and trash IMPORTANT HOW SHOWINGS ARE SCHEDULED. Most of our rentals are on a WAITLIST for showings. This is because they are occupied by Tenants. When we get a showing request, we ask the current Tenant what day/times work for them. The tenant will give us a time and then we schedule a GROUP showing during that time, which you will be notified of if you met the qualifications on the website.
