We would consider a 3 or 4 month summer rental at a negotiated price. The Cedar House is on a very quiet street directly on a small cove of Lake Hartwell. The lake is about 40 yards from the deck of the house, a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the shade & serenity of the woods while viewing the cove. There are hiking trails within walking distance, biking trails about 5 miles away, a horse farm and of course the lake to cool you down on a hot summer afternoon! There is a beautiful dock for tying up your boat or sunbathing or swimming in the cove that goes with the house. The house has a very large wrap around deck and a screened in outdoor living space. The Cedar House is a 10 minute walk to a large "beach" like area great for walking your dog or dipping into the clean waters of Lake Hartwell. Included in the rental is: - A washer and dryer - Fully furnished kitchen, 2 living room areas, 2 bedrooms & dining area - We have also installed a whole house water filter - Central Air - Outdoor deck with Weber charcoal grill - Outdoor Fire Pit Outdoor Security camera on property.
