The house is located in the Riverfront Neighborhood and just a few blocks from several restaurants, breweries, and the bike/pedestrian path. It's a 25 minute walk and 7 minute bike ride to downtown Missoula. Renter is responsible for the Northwestern Energy bill and obtaining renters' insurance. We ask for a $1000 deposit upon signing a lease agreement (includes $150 cleaning fee).
