Large first floor one bedroom apartment on the east side of town and quite neighborhood. Owners pays water,sewer and trash. Tenant responsible for their Light and Gas bill. 12 month Lease. Tenant responsible for lawn care and snow removal. This is a one year lease upon completion of lease. Tenant will be on a month-to-month unless Tenant would like to go back on a lease landlord reserved the right to raise the rent at the end of the term of the lease.
