The home is well maintained and has many upgrades such as Air Conditioning; decorative cement floors that look like tile but are easy to keep clean and security screen doors. The house and yard are both child and dog friendly. The interior doors are solid core to better resist damage. The back yard has a dog run and is fully fenced. Across the street is the school playground. Why do you want to rent from us? First, we are not a property management company. We have a vested interest in the house and how it is maintained. We ask that you notify us immediately of any leaks or other needed repairs so that we can resolve the issue right away before further damage occurs.
