The apartment has a free parking space that will be assigned at the time of check-in. If you have a second car or visitors, they can use the valet parking or the paid street parking space. You'll find world-class restaurants, Miami's tallest high-rises, the headquarters of the nation's top law firms, and some of the world's most recognizable financial institutions, and many bars. Order a round of cocktails at Sugar, Miami's tallest rooftop bar, or grab drinks and a bite at Riverside Miami, a waterfront venue dotted with restaurants and bars. Local spin studio RedBike hosts outdoor classes here if a workout is part of your daily routine. Brickell City Center is an indoor-outdoor mall where the gorgeous architecture lets you enjoy the experience of being outside while offering protection from the elements. There are two food halls, numerous restaurants, and countless stores to keep you entertained. If you like to get off the beaten track, Simpson Park Hammock is a small urban park nature preserve with walking paths and bike trails. You'll get lost exploring the nearly eight acres and forget there is an actual concrete jungle beyond its perimeter. The Miami Metromover station in Brickell is located at SW First Avenue and 12th Street, across from the Publix. Other transportation options include Uber, the trolley, the bus, and taxis. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in inside and outside areas of the property, and a $400 fine will be charged for eliminating the smell of smoke. Be mindful of the noise level, especially after 9:00 pm, as noise complaints are not tolerated and can result in full deposit charges, and you may be asked to leave without a refund. Additional guests are not allowed in the unit beyond the number indicated on the booking confirmation. Reservations from third parties are not allowed. The unit must be left in good condition, without an excessive mess, and additional cleaning fees may occur if necessary. All reservations require ID identification of the individual who made the booking request and the disclosure of the full names of all additional guests. Please take care of the provided amenities, such as towels, cushions, appliances, kitchen utensils, and cutlery. Please take good care of the unit key, as in a case of a loss, you'll be asked to call a locksmith, and the cost is usually between $100 and $200. The unit door will lock automatically, so don't leave the keys inside if you're leaving the premises. The locked drawers are only used by staff. The arrival time is 3 pm, and any arrivals earlier than 3 pm must be agreed upon in advance and will be available only if there isn't a departure that day, and additional fees may apply. The departure time is 11:00 am. Before departure, please deposit the key according to check-out instructions. In some cases, a late check-out may be accommodated if notified in advance, but this may only happen if there isn't a check-in on the day of your check-out. Last-minute changes to your check-out time will result in a $25 charge for every additional 30 minutes of stay. It is important to deposit the garbage from the unit in the corresponding spaces. In the corridor corresponding to your unit, you'll find the garbage room, which will be close to the elevators. Please deposit plastic, cardboard, and glass waste in the recycling room located on the first floor. Throwing recyclable material in unauthorized areas is charged a fine of $150. Please control the unit temperature by cooling or heating the space gradually. In case you want to ventilate the house by opening the windows, turn the air off. It is against house rules to throw toilet paper, female wipes, tampons, etc., in the toilet, and all the arrangements to fix the toilet issues will be charged.
