A new 30 year warranty roof was put on the house in October 2009.  The hardwood floors have recently been refinished and look great.  The wallpaper has been taken down and a fresh coat of paint has been put in all the bedrooms.  The office has been given new sheet rock and crown molding.  This home is truly beautiful.  Wait till you see these 100 year old heart pine floors.
