Welcome to the heart of Fairport! This second-floor, 1-bedroom apartment features 4 generously sized closets, newly installed carpet and freshly painted walls. You will feel right at home in your new apartment. Renter Criteria: Tenant/s must meet the following criteria: -income must be at least 3x the amount of monthly rent -no prior evictions -good landlord reference -good credit history -pass criminal background check -no pets -no smoking -renter's insurance is required (current tenants pay about $10/month) Owner pays for water, garbage removal and recycling. Renter is responsible for electric (Fairport electric is the cheapest in the state). Renter is also required to have renter's insurance (current tenants pay about $10 a month). If interested, renter is responsible for his/her/their own Wifi. No smoking is allowed in apartment or outside of apartment. No pets are allowed. Application fee is $45 (money is collected by an outside agency (not landlord)). However, if you qualify and get accepted, the money goes directly towards your second month's rent.
