The condo comes with a spacious private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with solid beech wood counter tops, and a comfortable queen-sized bed. The condo compliments also high speed wireless internet, HD flat screen TV and three person couch, which folds down into a two person sofa sleeper. Along with this clean, comfortable and secure condo come the additional onsite features for relaxation and entertainment: - An entirely renovated, communal basement lounge including an official sized pool table, a big screen Cable TV and comfortable seating. Also an icebox, sink, toilet, and washer and dryer are easily accessible. - A classic, fenced garden with a large communal patio including chairs, tables, benches and a propane Viking grill. The luxury condo is in the basement. The washer and dryer and the communal lounge are located in the basement as well.
