Thank you for your interest in Serrano Townhomes. This is a beautiful 2-bedroom townhome. Each home has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fireplace, a stackable washer/dryer, and a 1 car garage. We do not accept vouchers. The community is also located within the North Kansas City School District and Staley High School. Minimum lease term of 12 months. There is a $45 application fee per adult. Every person over the age of 18 must fill out their own application. Pet Policy: 60 # weight limit (combined) and a two-pet limit. The Pet fee is non-refundable and is $400 for 1 pet under 25 pounds and $600 for 2 pets or 1 over 25 pounds. The monthly pet rent is $25/1 25# and $50/2 or 1 25 #. Thanks for inquiring!
