    Live across the street from the P.E. Building! 3 female tenant rooms for rent remain starting around fall semester. Prices are $500/mo for one private room (available now) downstairs and $600/mo each for the two upstairs private rooms (available after Aug 8, 2025). The rooms have a bed, dresser, and closet. There is a firepit with firewood in the back as well. Washer and dryer are not coin operated. There is also a giant cherry tree that produces the best cherries ever. Even if you don't like cherries very much, you will love these ones! The house is across the street from the P.E. building, which also has outdoor pickleball courts, indoor and outdoor volleyball courts, a gym, track, racquetball courts, pool, etc. The term lease will be for 12 months starting around the beginning of Summer or Fall 2025 semesters of SUU's Academic calendar. The end of the semester will end around the end of the semester the following year as well.
