The room in the front could be another bedroom or a traditional living room. The two other bedrooms are flanked to the light and right of the hallway as you make your way to the back. There is one full bathroom and an efficient kitchen in the back. There is good natural light in the morning in the east facing kitchen. Best of all this is a great opportunity to get into West Hartford with an affordable rent. It?s very good value. There are terrific professional tenants on the 1st and 2nd floor. There is affordable electric heat because there is a thermostat control in each room and because heat rises from the lower floors. Tenant would just be responsible for an electric bill. I believe the average bill is around $150-175 a month. Owners pays for water. Possibly some extra storage space in the basement.
