Needs work. Great potential. Decent location. I originally purchased property for $4,500. But, I couldn't close on the house until after I replaced the pipes under the concrete in the basement, all the way out to sewer in the street, which was another $6,000. Including closing cost the total price I purchased the house at was for $12,000. (If you research the property it was posted a couple of time prior to my purchasing of it for, $12,000, then $4,500) The house has since been completely cleaned out (only my belongings there now), garage space has been cleaned out and I began making repairs. The house is also a Historic Landmark. It belonged to, Sgt. Michael Strank while he was serving in the war. Sgt. Michael Strank, was the Iwo Jima Flag Raiser. There's a memorial around the corner from the property in his honor. So, I'd prefer selling the property to someone with good intentions of completing it's remodeling. (No new photos yet.
