We have a very nicely decorated home with a king sized bed, queen sized bed, pull out queen sofa and three tiered bunk bed. If you do not want the house furnished we can discuss. We also have a washer and dryer onsite in the common space- the garage and splash pool and hot tub that are also part of the common area- shared with our studio apartment. We're only 20 minutes to the Space Coast stadium for those with events there- and you can see the rockets launch at night right from our street. Note- we keep listing up continuously because we take mid term rentals-we update the availability as needed- but it has not been vacant for any extended period of time despite Zillow's count of days on the market. We are looking for a mid or long term lease months, but we are willing to offer the house for lesser time of at least 90 days. Available beginning July 21
