This would be a nice fixer-upper. It has been vacant for a number of years and needs some work. I've done remodeling to the kitchen and bathroom but these are not yet completed. The walls/ceilings and light fixtures are new in these two rooms and the bathroom floor is new ceramic tile.
The dining room wallpaper has been mostly stripped and those walls look terrible. The exterior of the home needs work as well. I stripped off a porch that was no longer needed on the east side, the west side rear porch needs repaired or replaced and the front porch is in need of work as well. A lot of the plumbing has been done as well as wiring. The breaker box is new. The water main from the street was replaced a number of years ago with PVC and the water tap fee has been kept current.
