Very easy to get anywhere in the city quickly from there and located close enough to down town that it is convenient but not loud. Also close to riverside park and has a coffee shop in the building. Includes a lot of natural light. hardwood floors, and patios on the roof. There is also washer dryer hookups, or laundry in the basement. An on site gym, and a bike locker to keep your bike.
